The Anti-Ragging Cell of Ambedkar College of Arts and Science, Wandoor, organized an Anti-Ragging Awareness Programme on 23 June 2026 at 2.00 PM in the Ayyankali Seminar Hall. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Pramod K.M., Head of the PG Department of Economics. Students and faculty members actively participated in the session, which aimed to create awareness about the harmful effects of ragging and to promote a safe and friendly campus environment.

The awareness class was led by Mr. Abhijith V.K., Civil Police Officer, Wandoor, who explained the legal consequences of ragging and highlighted the importance of mutual respect and healthy relationships among students. The programme conveyed the message “Be a Friend, Not a Bully” and encouraged students to work together in building a ragging-free campus founded on respect, empathy, and unity.
