The Department of History, Ambedkar College of Arts & Science, Wandoor, organized a Quiz Programme on India’s Independence as part of the Independence Day celebrations on August 10, 2026, at Ayyangali Seminar Hall. The programme aimed to create awareness among students about India’s freedom struggle, national leaders, and the significance of Independence Day.

Students actively participated in the quiz competition with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. Anshifa and Sheethal Krishna of Third Year English secured the First Prize, while Fathima Naja and Shahaba of Second Year PG won the Second Prize. The programme concluded with congratulations to all the winners and participants for making the event a meaningful celebration of India’s independence.
